Refund Policy
All lunar plots are fictional digital spaces. Purchases do not grant ownership or rights over real lunar land.
14-day refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not published customisations (name, message, image, flag or logo) on the purchased plots. Refunded plots return to the market.
Automatic refunds
If a plot you paid for was no longer available when your payment was confirmed, or if the amount charged did not match your order, we refund it automatically.
Content removal
If we remove content for violating the Content Rules, the plot remains yours; content removal alone is not grounds for a refund. Accounts closed for fraud are not refunded.

Contact support with your purchase date and email. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days.
